How many times have you heard or said to yourself “I don’t look good in hats?” or “I could never pull off wearing a beanie”. That may be because (a) you have never partaken in any snowsports/skating/extreme sport event that could be sponsored by RedBull in your life (b) you believe you fall victim to the awkward head shape – I have a miniscule forehead- (c) you don’t want to risk a case of bad hat hair or (d) especially d: it does not match your carefully curated outfit. While these are legitimate worries and struggles, of at least what I have observed in my friend circle of fashion conscious 20-somethings, there is a new knit in town, which will blow all of your prejudicial beanie bias out the window.

Cue the Warm Me Beanie. *Dan-da-da-DAH!!

Holding one of these beanies in your hands, you immediately feel the warmth and softness of the hand knit cashmere, you appreciate the artistic patterns, which are each individually printed (no two are 100% identical), you smile at the fact that you are holding a carefully sculpted product of another person’s (not machine’s) mastered craft.

(Sidenote- Yes. People, hands, human beings make these hats in Nepal with the finest cashmere.

Would you rather support a company improving development and people’s lives or pay a cheaper price knowing your purchase supports and justifies sweatshops? )

You begin to understand that there are beanies and there is the WarmME beanie, standing for outstanding quality, authenticity, doing good and feeling good.

Authenticity, sadly so rare in our mass-consumption world, is for me what distinguishes WarmMe as a luxury knit hat labels. The design is pure, simple, making every piece effortless to wear, never clashing with your personal style or personality, but compliments individual taste and character. It doesn’t matter if you are a stressed university student on her way to the library studying for her next exam (Hi there!), a part-time barista part-time DJ on his way to his latest gig, a retired executive taking his dog for a walk, a fashion editor en route from show to show at the peak of Paris Fashion Week – these beanies are about keeping you cozy and letting you shine in comfort and style.
