Dr. Nina Van Volkinburg is a fashion ethnographer, writer and cultural analyst exploring the technological, behavioural and industry shifts reshaping fashion today. Her work combines ethnographic research with clear, accessible analysis of how people, ideas and systems influence the evolution of fashion.
As The Fashionographer, she explores the internal culture of the industry, the dynamics of identity and taste, and the forces shaping both creators and consumers. Her analysis has been featured in Vogue, Elle, BBC World News and other global media outlets.
A Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Certified Management & Business Educator, Nina also leads the MA Strategic Fashion Marketing programme at London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, where she mentors the next generation of creatives and strategists.
